Exchange Policy – K V Group of Industries:

At K V Group of Industries, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. However, if you receive a product that does not meet your expectations due to manufacturing defects or damage, we offer an exchange facility under the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility for Exchange:

Products are eligible for exchange only if:

• The item has a manufacturing defect
• The product is damaged during transit
• The wrong product was delivered

2. Exchange Request Timeframe:

• Exchange requests must be made within 3 to 5 days from the date of delivery
• Requests made after this period may not be accepted

3. Condition of Product:

To be eligible for exchange:

• The product must be unused and in original condition
• Must be returned with original packaging
• Invoice or proof of purchase is mandatory

4. Non-Exchangeable Items:

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

• Products damaged due to improper use or handling
• Customized or special order products
• Products returned without original packaging or invoice

5. Exchange Process:

• Contact our support team with details of the issue
• Share product images (if required)
• After verification, approval for exchange will be provided
• The product must be returned to our facility
• Replacement product will be dispatched after inspection

6. Transportation Charges:

• If the issue is due to our error (defect/damage/wrong item) → Exchange will be free of cost
• In other cases → Transport charges may be applicable

7. Availability of Replacement:

• Exchange is subject to product availability
• If the product is unavailable, an alternative product or credit note may be offered
